A platform where young people network with business owners through one honest, unfiltered fireside conversation, and in turn gain internships and meaningful employment. No agenda. No PowerPoint. Youth voices first; owners listen.

Internship matching at the informal close, into a structured programme, into meaningful employment.

OXO Projects

Child ↔ Parent

An original OXO character born from the duality of emotions, the tension between who you are and who the world expects you to be. Vivia builds the bridge between child and parent, enabling communication across generations.

The creators
Kasia, Riane, Hannah and Joel, four young people who created Vivia during an 8-week internship at OXO.
The character
Emotional duality, existing between two identities. A story every young person immediately recognises.
The reveal
Vivia becomes something physical, something you can hold, shown at OXO Conversation #2, September 2026.
